To start off, I have a 10-part newsletter sequence to help you get familiar with my work. I designed the newsletter sequence to be low effort and not to overburden you while you already have a very full and busy life.
Every week you’ll get an email sent with a brief reflection on relaxation and settling, suggesting some ideas to help relax more easily — especially when you don’t feel like you have the time for it. As a taster here are the titles of the newsletters:
